When opening support tickets or sending oriented emails please remember to follow the following guidelines:

• Use a descriptive subject line to help us answer you more quickly and efficiently. "Can not login effectively or membername is submitting abusive comments" is far better than "Help!!!" or "URGENT".
• Use the email address that you specified on the order form. This is the only address to which we can send sensitive information such as passwords and account data.
• If you are reporting problems with your email account and that is the one on the order form, use a different email address for now. We will not be able to disclose sensitive information, but we will at least be able to contact you and work on the problem from there.
