regardless to how much ur releationship with someone reaches , u need to remember that he/she is human , and 1st of all he/she will put his/her needs 1st , kicking off any considerations that should be kept in mind , cuz what ever happens we r humans , and what do we have deep inside is instincts , and if u look what lines behind them u will find that all of them leads to one thing which is \" SELF \" , maybe r wondering what the hell is this , but do u know that feeling when u r expecting something and it doesnt happen or it doesnt go as u want u will feel shock , ...................................
anyway maybe i am changing where i will have a different view to things in the future ............ 
and that face looks funny hehe |

| some how i am pissed ! i got my mark , its good but i thought it will be more , i hate his feeling when u r predicting something and it doesnt happen , it makes u down |

| Internal medicine Exam |

| well i was so bored while studying for my internal medicine exam which will be within 2 weeks , so i decided to get here and have some fun esp after reading about COPD ............. i hate them when they make things complicated or when it is presented in a bad way , where u need to read it more and more to get it :P hehe so hope u wish me good luck in my exam ......... |
