Hey people
I am a uk student who is interested in studying medicine but sadly didn't get the neccessary gcses to study a-levels etc. Would u reccomend me doing the a-levels or should I go my route which is the Open Uni course and the access certificate in science.
I have looked into Universities and one of them said that just one course is just enough to get in cos they do courses especially for those over 21s who have got few qualifications or a-levels in the wrong subject. Should I apply for just one or get ringing?
Hey Ellie
You ned to do whatever you feel comfortable with as getting good grades is really important in whatever you choose. If you don't feel comfortable with A-levels, then do the ou course as you are likely to do better in subjects you can relate to! Don't stress yourself out by overthinking the decision or trying to think too far into the future, just take one day at a time and do your best and it will all work out.
