time zones are set up depending on where you live in the world. when he adds +2 it means GMT +2. and GMT is the time in England. Visit that site he suggested and you'll get a better idea.

basically, the time should be 8AM to 12Noon United States Eastern Standard Time or 5AM to 9AM Pacific Standard Time.
does everyone sort of understand now?

yes i think so. it looks like it. Try this website http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html and add the two zones. First one should be London and then the second your current location. So london time will be 1PM.
